We're committed to working as sustainably as possible and this means thinking carefully about our supply chain. As part of our 'Field to Fork' ethos we aim to work as much as possible with local and ethical producers. Alongside using our established portfolio of fantastic suppliers from the Bristol and Chew Valley area, we've teamed up with two local farms for our organic and free range chicken. 

Castlemead Farm in Radstock supplies our free range legs, thighs and wings and Wood Green Farm in Devon provides our organic crowns and offal.

The birds all have room to roam  and live long and clucking healthy lives because Happy chickens + happy planet = happy dinners!

All our eggs are free range too...
