Co-founded in 2010 by Michelin star chef Josh Eggleton and local farmer Luke Hasell, we're proud to source produce from local, ethical producers as part of our ‘Field to Fork’ ethos. Josh and our chefs work with local suppliers and foster a direct trade with producers of the best ingredients from around Bristol, Bath, Chew Valley and the surrounding area.

We like to keep our food chains short, our produce local and our menus
rather flippin' tasty.

THE TEAM

 

With humble beginnings on a farm just south of Bristol, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion began as a one-off secret Sunday lunch event organised by the Pony AND Trap, Tipi Events and the Community Farm. 400 Sunday roasts later, Josh Eggleton and Luke Hasell knew they were on to something. Adopted as part of Bristol City Council's Placemaking initiative, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion made its debut in April 2012 attracting over 10,000 visitors first time round.
