SUSTAINABle Food in interesting spaces - EAT and drink IN proper BRISTOL FASHION.

With humble beginnings on a farm just south of Bristol, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion began as a one-off secret Sunday lunch event organised by Josh Eggleton from the Pony and Trap, Luke Hasell of Tipi Events and the Community Farm. 400 roasts later, it soon became something much bigger. Adopted as part of Bristol's Placemaking initiative, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion made its debut in Queen Square as a pop-up festival showcasing the best of the city's restaurant scene and attracting over 10,000 visitors in 2012. Over the next four years, the tipis returned to Queen Square annually and the team also opened permanent venues Yurt Lush and Root.

In 2020 Josh & Luke are teaming up with Bristol Festival & Event Producers Team Love, to bring Eat Drink Bristol Fashion to Castle Park with an extended programme of chef demos, speakers, traders, local producers, DJs and live music.
