Co-founded in 2012 by Michelin star chef Josh Eggleton and local farmer Luke Hasell, we're proud to source produce from local, ethical producers as part of our ‘Field to Fork’ ethos. Josh and our chefs work with local suppliers and foster a direct trade with producers of the best ingredients from around Bristol, Bath, Chew Valley and the surrounding area.
